| Answer: Instructions on how to submit a referral can be found by clicking on the Home Page option in the blue menu. |
| #2 Question: What is the approval process for each referral? |
Answer: We review your referral to establish:
• If your referral is an existing client.
• If we have already established contact with this referral.
• If the client has already been referred to us.
A Declined or Approved e-mail will be sent to you within 90 days.

| #3 Question: How do I track my referral submissions? |
| Answer: You will receive an e-mail confirming your referral. We will then provide you with a transaction ID Number which can be found in the subject line of your e-mail. |
| #4 Question: What happens to my referral submission after 90 Days? |
| Answer: If no sales have been made to your approved referral within the 90 day period the referral is voided. |
| #5 Question: How much money will I make after a referral sale? |
Answer:
• Your commission is based on a percentage of the services we sell to your referral.
• Furthermore, we offer progressive revenue sharing which means that the more business you bring us, the higher the percentage of the sale you will receive.
• The commission amounts can be seen by clicking on the Home Page found in the blue menu. |

Answer: You can track your earnings by selecting the ‘Your Activity’ tab found n the top blue menu. We provide you with four detailed reports:
• -Quick Statistics
• -Detailed Statistics
• -Traffic
• -Payout History |
| #7 Question: When and in what form will I receive my money? |
Answer:
• We provide on-time monthly payments which are transferred to the bank account you provided.
• The required minimum payout balance is $50.
• All calculations are dollar based regardless of your country’s currency.

Answer: Yes we do. Click on the Home Page tab located in the top blue menu. Here you can click on the fifth option, ‘Support’.
• You can click FAQ for a list of frequently asked questions.
• You also have the option to use our ticketing system. |
| #9 Question: How do I use Celebros Customer Support Ticketing System? |
Answer: • Click on Support found in the top blue Home Page menu.
• Click on New Ticket to ask a new question or to address a concern.
• All tickets will receive a ticket ID number
• Click on Open Tickets to view unanswered questions.
• Click on Closed Tickets to view answered questions.
